An economist with a master’s degree in Economics from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia and a master’s degree in Public Administration and International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School. Currently, Olga is the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Policies in the National Planning Department of Colombia. Her main areas of work are the evaluation of public policies and social programs.
Previously she was Director of Evaluation of Education, at the Secretary of Education in Bogota District. She has worked as Technical Manager and Consultant for Econometría Consultants and as as a consultant at the World Bank’s Poverty and Gender Unit for Latin America, in Washington. She has been a professor at the Universidad Nacional and Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
