Emil Damholt

    Emil Damholt is responsible for impact projects and monitoring & evaluation at rural internet service provider BLUETOWN. This entails establishing new digital inclusion projects together with public, private and civil society partners as well as monitoring the impact of all BLUETOWN projects in context of the SDGs. Such projects include a micro-leasing scheme for smartphone devices in Tanzania, a USAID WomenConnect winning project to bridge the digital gender divide in Mozambique, a cross-sector partnership to democratize the use of satellite imagery for rural farmers in Ghana, and an NGO partnership model to connect remote schools in Burkina Faso.
